Cameron County, PA (WJAC) — State police in Cameron County say an Emporium man is facing several felonies, accused of kidnapping a woman and driving her to her home where he allegedly sexually assaulted her. Authorities say, during the early morning hours of Sunday, January 22nd, troopers were dispatched to a residence along East 5th Street for a report of a possible rape. Hooversville man accused of sexually assaulting teen while she slept

SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — State police in Somerset County say a Hooversville man is behind bars following an investigation into allegations that he sexually assaulted a teenage girl. Police say in February, troopers were contacted to investigate reports of sexual abuse at a residence along Maple Avenue, in Hooversville Borough. Investigators say the victim, a 13-year-old girl, told troopers that she was staying at the home of a relative and was repeatedly assaulted by the relative's boyfriend, identified as 27-year-old Travis Taresco. Supermarket chain fights theft by banning large bags at DC area grocery stores

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WJLA) — Grocery shoppers in the D.C. area will need to downsize their zippered bags when visiting Giant Food. The supermarket chain stated that starting late last week, suitcases, duffel bags, and bags larger than 14" x 14” x 6” that close have been banned at select stores in Washington, D.C.
