Cambria County Prison introducing new 'bio-grade' air filtration for health and savings

CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — Officials are hoping a new air filtration system at the Cambria County Prison will help save tax payers money. The county recently taking advantage of a grant to install a level five bio-grade security health system. Cambria County is only one of four in the state taking advantage so far, according to county leaders. The system will be installed by Germ Solutions USA. Johnstown man accused of tying up, assaulting 3 women receives sentence

Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — A Johnstown area man accused of tying up and assaulting multiple women inside a home in the Prospect section of the city has been sentenced. Authorities with the Cambria County DA's office confirmed that Daniel Boyer was sentenced Wednesday to 15 to 30 months in prison, followed by 12 months probation, after pleading guilty to three separate counts of unlawful restraint. State invests millions into Huntingdon Co. factory creating hundreds of jobs

HUNTINGDON COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — The acting secretary for Community and Economic Development paid a visit to Huntingdon County, Thursday morning. There, he highlighted Gov. Tom Wolf's administration's investment into the expansion of a cabinet factory. If you drive through Huntingdon County, it's miles upon miles of farmland.
