Somerset County store prepares to reopen at start of yellow phase

SOMERSET, Pa. (WJAC) — More businesses will begin reopening their doors Friday morning at the beginning of the yellow phase in Bedford, Blair, Cambria and Somerset counties. One business in Somerset County, Merchant Village will be opening their doors for the first time in months.
