JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) — CamTran officials announced Monday that engineers have identified the "issue" that caused the Johnstown Inclined Plane project to be put on hold earlier this year.
Officials say, following an investigation, engineers with Conroy Engineering determined that there were errors made during the fabrication of the rims of the "sheave wheels."

Blair Co., PA (WJAC) — State police say a Pittsburgh woman was killed following a two-vehicle crash Friday afternoon in Antis Township.
Troopers say the crash occurred just before 1 p.m., along Skelp Mountain Road.
Police say the driver of a Honda HRV, later identified as 29-year-old Monica Wignot, of Pittsburgh, crossed into the opposite lane and struck the other vehicle head-on.
Investigators say Wignot had to be rescued from her vehicle after becoming trapped, and later died at the hospital as a result of her injuries. Read More...
