Community pools reopen throughout the region

CENTRE COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Community pools in our area are beginning to reopen for the season, including Park Forest Community Pool, in Centre County. Todd Roth is the aquatics supervisor for Centre Region Parks and Recreation and says that this is one of two community pools that they operate. Former Clearfield Co. McDonald's employee accused of raping teen coworkers

CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Authorities in Clearfield County say a former employee of a local McDonald's is facing several charges following an investigation into allegations that he sexually assaulted multiple teen coworkers. Police say last June, authorities received a report of an alleged rape involving a teenage worker and Taylor English, now age 29, of Curwensville. Line break leaves several businesses without water in DuBois

DUBOIS, Pa. -- A water main break in DuBois has left several businesses without water Tuesday. DuBois City Manager Herm Suplizio said the break happened on Division Street around 4 a.m. He said the 12-inch break is due to the age of the system. Suplizio said GKN Sintered Metals, Cataldo's Collision, Way Office Supply, UPS, Clearfield Bank and Trust, and the Beaver Drive Industrial Park are without water.
