(TND) — Veteran trust in the Department of Veterans Affairs has reached a new high, the department announced this week.
Veteran trust in the VA has increased 25% since 2016.
The trust score, based on tens of thousands of surveys, reached 80.4% in the previous quarter.

CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Authorities in Cambria County are providing new details on Thursday's standoff situation in Richland Township.
According to the affidavit, police have identified the suspect as 41-year-old Jordan Confer.
Richland Township police say officers were dispatched just before 6 a.m., to a residence along Dowling Road, for reports of a suicidal male with gun.

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — A child found dead in a hot car in South Carolina Friday has been identified. Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford reported the victim was 3-year-old Armani Shoemaker.
