Cameron County, PA (WJAC) — State police have released some new details about Wednesday's shooting at the district attorney's law office in Emporium.
Troopers say the shooting occurred around 3 p.m. when an unidentified female suspect shot an unidentified victim.
Police say the victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and the shooter was taken into custody after fleeing the scene in a vehicle.
Troopers say the circumstances of the shooting are still under investigation but authorities believe that it was an isolated incident and there is no threat to the public.
State police say more information will be released as the investigation unfolds.

911 dispatchers in Elk County tell 6 News that authorities are responding to reports of a shooting at the district attorney's law office in Cameron County.
The office is located along East 4th Street in Emporium.
According to our crew on scene, 4th Street, from Broad Street to Chestnut Street, is closed.
