Cambria Co., PA (WJAC) — Federal authorities say a Cambria County woman has been sentenced to 30 months in prison after pleading guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud.
Prosecutors allege that Florentina Mayko defrauded Medicare and the Department of Health and Human Services by submitting “unnecessary” urine tests, from opioid patients, while working at a medical clinic.

WORTH TWP., Pa. (WJAC) — Pennsylvania State Police in Hollidaysburg are looking for a missing Tyrone man.
According to state police, they are working to locate 56-year-old Terry Shaw. Troopers report Shaw is a white man, stands 5 feet, 1 inch tall and has blue eyes.
State police said Shaw was last heard from on Sunday, Oct. 4 when he called his girlfriend around 2 that morning.

UPDATE | CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — Fire officials in Richland Township confirmed to 6 News that Theatre Drive was closed for several hours Tuesday evening following a single-vehicle crash that knocked down power lines.
Authorities say crews responded to the crash around 5 p.m. and discovered the driver of the vehicle trapped inside the car due to the live wires.
Fire officials say the driver was stuck in the vehicle for approximately 45 minutes until crews were able to safely remove the wires. Read More...
