Huntingdon man confesses to 'having sex with' teen 15-30 times

Huntingdon Co., PA (WJAC) — State police in Huntingdon County say a local man is behind bars after he allegedly admitted to engaging in sexual activity with a teenage girl approximately 15 to 30 times. Troopers say they first began investigating 32-year-old Mark Musser last October after receiving multiple complaints of an ongoing "mutual sexual relationship" between him and a 13-year-old girl.
