Propane gas leak to blame for deadly explosion at Pennsylvania hotel

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Officials confirmed that one person is dead after an explosion lead to a second-alarm fire at a Pennsylvania hotel. The explosion at the Bird-in-Hand Family Inn in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania was caused by a propane gas leak. Pennsylvania State Police have not yet stated the identity of the deceased individual. Centre County man charged for raping toddler

CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. — A Centre County man is behind bars after sexually assaulting a child earlier this year, Pennsylvania State Police say. According to a criminal complaint, a Centre County CYS caseworker contacted state police to report a suspected sexual assault of a one-year-old female. State police say they arrived at Geisinger Medical Center and conducted interviews with the victim's family. The criminal complaint states that the victim's relative and Andrew Ramage, 26, came home from a birthday party the day before when the victim's relative noticed blood and skin irritation as she was changing the victim's diaper.
