Hollidaysburg couple pleads guilty in healthcare fraud scheme

BLAIR COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Federal authorities say a Hollidaysburg couple has reportedly pleaded guilty in an alleged healthcare fraud scheme. Officials say John and Paula Johnson, both age 62, pleaded guilty to one count each of conspiracy to defraud the United States. Authorities say John Johnson also pleaded guilty to an additional charge of conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud. Authorities say John Johnson reportedly conspired with multiple individuals, including a man by the name of Rodney Yentzer, to defraud health insurance companies by illegally billing them for urine drug tests. MOUNT EVEREST, Nepal (TND) — A seasoned climber who found himself at death's door on Mount Everest was incredibly fortunate to be rescued, but after he thanked his sponsors instead of the sherpa who saved him, he has been the recipient of some repeated online criticism. Teen accused of burglarizing Tyrone convenience store, stealing $1K worth of vapes

BLAIR COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Police say a Blair County teenager is facing charges after he allegedly burglarized a local convenience store and stole over $1,000 worth of vapes. Tyrone Borough police say officers were dispatched early Tuesday morning to the Tyrone Convenience Store, located along Columbia Ave., for reports of a possible burglary.
