Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — Johnstown police say a local woman has been charged after she allegedly abandoned three cats at a Solomon Homes apartment.
Police say in November, 31-year-old Catherine Snoby allegedly left the cats at the apartment alone for approximately three weeks.
Police say that when the cats were found by a housing authority manager, they were very thin, indicating that they lacked food for an extended time.
Police say litter boxes in the apartment had also been overflowing with animal waste. Read More...
